We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and offer a comprehensive warranty on all items purchased through our website or authorized retailers. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

Warranty Policy:

Our products are crafted with care, using premium materials such as leather and silver. To ensure your confidence in purchasing our jewelry, we offer the following warranty policy:

 

This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage for all products purchased through our website or authorized retailers.

Warranty Coverage:

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults that occur within the first year from the date of purchase. This includes issues related to the workmanship, materials, and design of the product.

  1. Material Defects: Our warranty covers any defects in the materials used to make our jewelry. This includes stones falling out, clasps breaking, or any other defect related to the materials used.

  2. Workmanship Defects: Our warranty covers any defects related to the craftsmanship of our jewelry. This includes issues with soldering, prong setting, defects in charms, clasps or other jewelry components or any other defect related to how the jewelry was made.

  3. ​Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear including scratches and scuff, accidents, improper care or storage, or any other damage caused by the customer. Including, but not limited to; unauthorized repairs or modifications, exposure to harsh chemicals or environmental factors. If we determine that the damage is not covered under our warranty, we will provide you with an estimate for repair or replacement.

 

To make a warranty claim, customers must contact our customer service team within 30 days of discovering the issue.

  • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

    • Detailed description of the issue or defect.

    • Clear photos illustrating the problem.

  • Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for return or repair.

We may require additional information to process your claim. Once your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for repair or replacement. We may may request that the product be returned to us for inspection. If the defect is deemed to be covered under our warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer. In exceptional cases where neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will provide a credit note equaling to the net amount which will be valid for 6 months.

 

Customer Responsibilities:

To maintain the validity of the warranty, customers should:

Follow our care instructions provided on this website.

Avoid exposing the jewelry to harsh conditions and/or chemicals.

Ensure timely and regular maintenance of the jewelry.

 

Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or moisture. It also does not cover any alterations or modifications made to the product by the customer or a third party.

 

Limitations of Liability:

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as stated above. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages or losses that may result from the use of our products.

Further:

Should the object of purchase be deficient, statutory provisions shall apply. Deviating therefrom, the following shall apply:

For traders,

  • a marginal defect shall generally not constitute warranty claims defects,

  • the Seller may choose the type of subsequent performance,

  • for new goods, the limitation period for defects shall be one year from transfer of risk,

  • for used goods, rights and claims for defects are generally excluded,

  • the limitation period shall not recommence if a replacement delivery is carried out within the scope of liability for defects.

 

If the Client acts as a consumer, the following restriction applies to used goods: Claims for defects are excluded if the defect does not occur until one year after delivery of the goods. Defects that occur within one year of delivery of the goods can be asserted within the statutory limitation period.

 

The aforementioned limitations of liability and the restrictions of limitation periods do not apply

  • to a product, which was not used, in accordance with its usual application, for building construction and which was the cause of the building's defectiveness,

  • to claims for damages and reimbursement of expenses by the Client.

  • If the Seller has fraudulently concealed the defect.

 

If the Client is a businessperson he has the commercial duty to examine the goods and notify the Seller of defects. Should the Client neglect the obligations of disclosure specified therein, the goods shall be deemed approved.

If the Client is a consumer, the forwarding agent has to be immediately notified of any obvious transport damages and the Seller has to be informed accordingly. Should the Client fail to comply therewith, this shall not affect his statutory or contractual claims for defects.

 

The Seller shall not be liable for defects in the performance of the telecommunications contract for which the respective service provider is solely responsible. In this respect, the relevant statutory provisions and any deviating contractual conditions of the respective service provider shall apply.

 

Governing Law:

This warranty policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any disputes arising from it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

This warranty policy applies only to products purchased through our website or authorized retailers and does not affect any statutory rights that customers may have under applicable laws.

 

Our warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our warranty at any time without notice.
